I’m a certified and experienced in Yoga, Naturopathy and Wellness Massage.
I regard body, mind and soul as a whole and illness as an imbalance.
Often through either toxicity or deficiency.
I believe in the healing power of our own being.
With Yoga, Naturopathy and Massage I use many natural health factors to restore balance of the entire being.

Receive While You Relax
Massage can be a broad range of practices that are based on many years of different traditions. Massage can help you feel energised, relieved of pain, tensions, worries and stress. It is also a practise that balances the body. I’m trained mainly in Quiro massage, a Spanish massage style but also in a variety of other wellness massage techniques such as Sport, Amma, Thai and Metameric Massage. I use my knowledge from the various techniques to give special adapted massages. It's about letting go, relax and let your self recieve.

Yoga is a complete, practical maintenance and healing system.
A balancing practise in all aspects, if practised fully.
To me yoga is about freedom, balance, strength, flexibility and stability.
A complete practise is focused on relaxation and awareness, how to use the breath, how to maintain our bodies and how to control the power of our minds.
Through postures, relaxation, breath control, meditation and a healthy diet.

Naturopathy
Ancient Science and Natural Health
Naturopathy is based on activating the innate healing power of the body.
The body has its own healing mechanism and we can try to understand it and help it, or not, it is a choice. Naturopathy is vast and can be complex but it connects us to nature and aims at maintaining homeostasis which means 'the body in balance'.
I study nutrition, exercise and all the natural factors of health, a variety of holistic techniques that help us to restore balance and health physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. It's all connected. Try a naturopathic consultation to learn more about yourself.
