My goal is giving classes that are complete and based on authentic Yoga. l aim to make you feel relaxed, renewed and reinforced after each session. Yoga helps you to reduce stress, anxiety, various pains and aches by balancing the physical body, the mind and by connecting us to our soul.
Through my Naturopathic Consultations, I can help you to understand and activate the natural healing processes of the body as well as helping to restore a physical and over all well-being. As a certified Naturopath I am trained in holistic therapy techniques, so I can tailor our session to your specific goals and needs. This happens mainly through conversation and observation.
